DO NOT MOW THAT AREA. The vegetation that grows in that area is not only protected by the state of Florida, but necessary to keep the lakes clean. When a homeowner decides to clear vegetation Winderlakes is subject to expensive violation fees and costs to re-establish that vegetation. The HOA will vigorously pursue anyone who clears the area in front of the lakes, without exception. Flyer Boxes The Flyer boxes continue to be an effective way to communicate.
